Tonic was named agency of record for the City of Independence Tourism department in October 2000 to provide brand management and development, marketing planning, advertising, media planning and monitoring, creative development, website design and collateral design and production. Since taking on the account, we have twice developed a new look and feel for Independence that follows with the truly historic nature of this city that is located within the Greater Kansas City MSA. The most recent brand refreshening was in 2011.
